The Syro-Malabar Catholic Eparchy of Kothamangalam is an East Syrian Catholic eparchy in India, under the Syro-Malabar Catholic Church. It was established by Pope Pius XII in 1957. Mar Mathew Pothanamuzhy was the first bishop of the eparchy. Mar George Punnakottil served as the bishop until January 10, 2013, when his resignation was accepted by the synod.
